Back To Aqua Fit

Sorry for the late post but I returned to Aqua Fit Thursday morning.  I was running late as usual so I was ten minutes late to class. One thing that struck me though as I made my way to the pool area was (besides the fact that the water wasn’t as cold as I thought it would be) was all the smiling faces. People were glad to see me. One lady actually asked me where I had been. It was nice to have so much positive interest.
